Privacy Policy

This is a working draft pending review by counsel. It describes our current practices in plain terms; the final version may be revised on their advice.

Zima Labs ("Zima," "we," "us") operates the website at zimalabs.ai. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you — nothing more.

Information you give us

When you reach out through the "Talk to us" form, you provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Title
• Company
• A short message describing your needs

You choose what to share. All five fields are required to submit the form, but sending the form is entirely optional.

Information collected automatically

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored locally in your browser under the key zima-theme — it stays on your device and is never sent to us. As with any website, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential fit, and — if you ask — schedule a conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

A few third parties process data on our behalf so the site can function:

• Google — form submissions are recorded via Google Apps Script into Google Workspace, and scheduling uses Google Calendar.
• Google Fonts and Fontshare — the site loads webfonts from these providers, which receive your browser's IP address to serve the font files.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention and your choices

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records, then delete it when it is no longer needed. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
