These terms govern your use of the Zima Labs website at zimalabs.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website for Zima Labs. It describes our product and lets you get in touch. It does not itself provide the Zima product or any account, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful. When you contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Zima name and marks — are owned by Zima Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zima Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
